THE POSITION
As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary focus will be supporting the daily Front Office operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout every stage of the guest journey. You will assist in leading the Front Office team on shift, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations while acting as a role model for the team.
YOUR ROLE AS FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor who enjoys being at the heart of the operation. Someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to create memorable guest experiences while supporting and motivating the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
· You supervise and support the Front Office team during daily operations and shifts
· You ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and guest requests
· You lead by example and help maintain excellent service standards at all times
· You handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently
· You support onboarding, training, and coaching of new and existing associates
· You coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences
· You assist with shift planning, cash handling, and operational procedures
· You ensure that the lobby and Front Office areas are always organized and welcoming
· You support the Front Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks when needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· At least 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or Supervisory role within hospitality
· A completed education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
· You speak and write fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
· You are guest-oriented, proactive, and solution driven
· You are organized, stress-resistant, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· You have strong communication skills and enjoy motivating others
· You are flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
· You have experience with Opera PMS; Marriott systems are a big plus
