Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operations of the Front Office Department
Ensure efficient operation of all respective areas and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's assets
Tour front- and back-of-house and Lobby routinely throughout the day; audit Front Office staff adherence to hotel policies and procedures in all phases of service and job functions; follow up with designated personnel where needed
Ensure accurate registration of guests, room assignment, reservations and details; prepare keys, collect payments and provide appropriate hotel orientation when necessary
Ensure accurate guest charges as per billing instructions; swiftly resolve discrepancies and collect proper payments
Maintain a cash float, accept and process payment for guest accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a daily report of all deposits and receipts and ensure all transactions, postings and cash are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift according to MGM standard
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
