Uraian Perusahaan

Siloam Hospitals Asri telah menggunakan bermacam teknik dan teknologi yang canggih untuk memberikan layanan bedah terbaik pada para pasien yang mengalami gangguan prostat, tumor urothelium, batu ginjal, ataupun keluhan-keluhan urologi lain. Rumah sakit ini berdiri sejak tahun 2008 dan sekarang telah menjadi rumah sakit bedah urologi terbaik di Indonesia.

Uraian Pekerjaan

•The receptionist's goal is to handle any questions visitors have, and put them in first contact with relevant people within the hospital.

•Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).

•Train, supervise and support company staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.

•Ensure timely and accurate customer service.

•Handle specific customer complaints and requests.

•Troubleshoot emergencies.

•Minimum Highschool Graduate/ Diploma (D3) Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major

•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.

•Familiarity with front office management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

•Familiarity with front office management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

•Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.

Kualifikasi
