Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Verify insurance and demographic information
Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
Confirm upcoming appointments
Assist with daily balancing and end-of-day processes
Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area
Room patients efficiently
Obtain and document vital signs
Prepare exam rooms
Support providers and clinical staff during busy clinic hours
