We are seeking a Front Office Representative Applicant must travel to Belle Glade twice a month The qualified applicant must have experience performing reception duties, including answering multi-line phones and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities include preparing standard registration forms and reviewing, verifying, and collecting patient co-pays.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to multitask effectively and manage several responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with patients, staff, physicians, and other stakeholders.
