Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a polished, organized, and personable Front Office Representative to join our team in Las Vegas.

In this role, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will help maintain an organized and welcoming front office while supporting daily administrative and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional, positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and office coordination.
• Maintain an organized and presentable front office and reception area.
• Provide general administrative support to different departments.
• Manage correspondence, documents, and basic office records.
• Assist with data entry and routine administrative tasks.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Help ensure daily front office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle information with professionalism and discretion.
