• We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The Front Office Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  Responsibilitie

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and security protocols as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and accurately.

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
