Park 6 Logistics is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces.
• Maintain organized office records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Support internal departments with day-to-day office needs.
• Keep the reception and common areas organized and presentable.
• Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
