The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
