About the Role:

You’ll join us as a Patient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Mornington clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
• Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
• Guide patients through financial processes, payment plans, and treatment costs with clarity.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

About You

• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations
• A passion for delivering premium, high-touch customer experiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
