  • Ensure all departmental equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, ensuring that individual performance benchmarks are consistently maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA and Forbes standards, taking guest comments and feedback into consideration to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints, suggestions and compliments, ensuring they are appropriately recorded in the system, promptly addressed and followed up until resolution.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively identify service trends and gaps to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, suites and residences categories, including their physical features, constraints and key selling points, to maximize revenue opportunities through the Upselling Program.

  • Proactively promote the resort's restaurants, bars, shops, wellness activities and other experiences, regardless of their cost, with the objective of maximizing resort revenue.
  • Liaise with all relevant departments, external partners and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of guest services and experiences.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required by Resort Assistant Managers and Front Office Supervisors, ensuring active participation and team involvement when necessary.
  • Check guest profiles and guest history prior to arrival to become familiar with all relevant information, anticipate guests' needs and contribute to a seamless and personalized arrival experience.
  • Notify concerned departments of upcoming guest arrivals, ensuring they receive all relevant guest history, preferences and special requests in advance.
  • Coordinate transfer-related requests with the relevant departments and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel when required.
  • Ensure Welcome Drinks, towels and water bottles are properly prepared, available and replenished at all times.
  • Offer welcome drinks and towels to arriving guests and perform the resort's welcome ritual according to established standards.
