We are currently seeking a Casual Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. This is a casual position, with hours varying based on operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out processes
• Handling reservations and enquiries
• Processing payments and reconciling transactions
• Providing local area information and guest support
• Supporting general administrative and front office duties

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS:

• Experience in the holiday park, hotel, or hospitality industry in a similar role
• Reservation system experience (e.g. Newbook/RMS preferred, training provided)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of communication and written skills
• Cash handling experience
• Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks
• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
• Availability for an immediate start
