We’re on the lookout for a Front Office Receptionist, the welcoming faces of our clinic. In this role, you’ll deliver a boutique experience from the moment patients walk in greeting them with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the patient experience – calm, professional, and personal. Your day will include:

• Welcoming every patient with empathy and professionalism from hello to goodbye
• Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
• Keeping the clinic running smoothly coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team
• Answering calls and emails efficiently, ensuring every interaction feels personal and valued
• Maintaining a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our premium brand
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless, five-star experience every time

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services ideally in dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury retail (1+ years)
• A warm, friendly and welcoming personality
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A polished, professional manner and a genuine love for helping people
• Strong attention to detail and fast learning abilities
