Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while managing a high volume of phone calls and front-desk activity. The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed

Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing

Support and assist the Customer Service team

Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations

Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested
Qualifications
Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role

Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency with office equipment and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and able to handle tasks independently
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience
