We’re looking for a part‑time Front Office Receptionist (2 days per week) to be the welcoming face of our vineyard cottages. You’ll bring our Kinross values to life and help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests checking in and out with genuine warmth, professionalism, and ensuring that their stay is as smooth as possible
• Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries
• Process payments, issue invoices, and make bookings
• Provide necessary information on amenities, bistro, and cellar door, including local recommendations
• Handle guest feedback and any concerns promptly, and working with Accommodation Manager where necessary
