What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a calm, welcoming, and premium patient experience. Your day will include:

• Greeting every patient with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure
• Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
• Coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs seamlessly
• Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our luxury brand
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a smooth and memorable patient journey

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or guest services
• Display strong interpersonal soft skills: communication, multitasking, and remaining calm, organised, and attentive under pressure
• Problem solving and adaptability in a fast paced environment
• A polished, professional manner with a genuine passion for people
• High attention to detail you take pride in the little things that make a big difference, showing consistency in your work
