Job Description Front-Office Operations Assistant – bilingual EN/FR Location Geneva Your future employer Our client is a Swiss private bank based in Geneva with an international clientele. In order to support a desk covering UK based clients, they are looking to recruit a Front-Office Operations Assistant with a native level of English and excellent skills in Trade orders execution on all asset classes. Your Mission and Contribution You will be assisting a Senior RM covering a book of financial experts and help the team on delivering a high level of service including: Account openings, client onboarding in collaboration with the compliance teams Execution a high volume of client orders across all asset classes Day-to-day administrative issues Strict follow-up of documentation (pending items, middle office etc) Systems updates Profil At least 3 years of experience in a front-office assistant, client servicing or operations role within a bank or financial services company Bilingual English and French Good knowledge of financial instruments Understand client documentation and internal processes of a bank Familiar with regulatory dimensions Excellent written and oral communication Reliable and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-tasks Solutions oriented and proactive mindset You will thrive in this organization Accountability, willingness to learn and client dedication.
