Front Office / Office Assistant (Female Preferred)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
Experience: 2–4 years

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Front Office / Office Assistant to manage the reception area, assist with daily office operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and capable of multitasking while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office, pantry, and common areas.

  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing supplies.

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward correspondence appropriately.

  • Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings or events when required.

  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.

  • Support minor maintenance tasks and report any office issues promptly.

  • Ensure adherence to office safety, hygiene, and professional standards.

Qualifications


  • OND or equivalent qualification.

  • Prior experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or office assistant is an advantage.

  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently.

  • Physically fit to handle light cleaning and office errands.

  • Honest, dependable, and demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills


  • Basic knowledge of office tools, cleaning materials, and safety procedures.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
