As a Front Office Medewerker, you will support the Stephex Service team in the final stage of the delivery process for our horse trucks and motorhomes You ensure that all required documents are prepared accurately and on time so that each vehicle is ready for its proud new owner.
You will work closely with our Front Desk Officer and the service team, acting as the link between administration, technical finishing, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle the administrative follow-up of horse truck and motorhome deliveries.
Prepare inspection certificates, import documents, and delivery files.
Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and available on time.
Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities when needed.
Support the front desk and service teams with various administrative tasks.
Help organize and streamline internal administrative processes.
You have an administrative background and enjoy working with precision.
You are organized, reliable, and proactive.
You speak Dutch and English fluently (additional languages are a plus).
You hold a category B driver’s license.
You are customer-oriented, positive, and thrive in an international environment.
You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable with administrative software.

Stephan Conter, founder and CEO of the Stephex Group, likes to surprise, enthrall, and most of all, do things differently. His business has undergone numerous reincarnations, from horse trading to horse trucks, luxury motorhomes and 5* international equestrian event organisation.
The story began in 1986 when Stephan Conter decided to start a small trading stables. Initially located in Londerzeel, he moved to Meise a year later, to a 5-hectare equestrian complex that he would subsequently enlarge. By then, Stephex was selling over 1,200 jumping horses a year around the world.
And Stephan was keen for a new project. So in 2005, he launched his own horse truck construction company, a major turning point, as today, Stephex Horsetrucks is the uncontested European leader within the field, with several brands to its name: STX Horseboxes and STX 2 Horses, Equix, AKX and Ketterer. In order to break out of this niche market and win over new clients, he decided to channel this know-how into creating motorhomes and a line of food trucks using his best-known brand, STX.
In 2013, Stephan Conter entered the equestrian international competition circuit by organising two 5* events – Knokke Hippique and the Brussels Stephex Masters – as part of a unique concept. He does not intend to stop there.
