The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the following areas, Front Desk, Service Stylist, Concierge, Lobby Managers, Langham Club and Langham Touch. The Front Office Manager must empower the team to create memorable experiences for the hotel guests by delivering genuine service with poise. The Front Office Manager must develop and monitor the key metrics, develop training, coaching and succession planning to achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets.
