Job Description

 Exciting new re-branding hotel is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager.

Responsible for all front office functions including Guest Services/ Concierge, Porters and Front Desk. As a

department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office

operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and

employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of two to three years related Front of House experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in staff management
• Must possess strong skills in leadership, training and development of Staff.
• Must have a genuine passion for guest service and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude,

ability to problem-solve and de-escalate — you set the tone for your team and your

guests on every shift.

• A proven commitment to developing and coaching hotel Front of House employees —

you create the environment your team needs to thrive, grow, and build long-term

hospitality careers.

• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to execute operational strategies

and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced hotel front office environment.

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), Opera, and front office

operations software — experience with brand-specific systems a plus.

• Be organized and detail oriented.
• Time management skills are required to plan and organize workload

Candidates with Caribbean or Central American experience will be preferred.
