Front Office Manager - Missouri Kids Dental (Joplin)

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Missouri Kids Dental (Joplin), a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice supported by Kids Dental Brands. Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment.

As the Back Office Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing and supporting all back-office team members. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

of Essential Job Functions

• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Greet patients and welcome them at check-in
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Training and development of front-office staff

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $0-$0 depending on experience
• Bonus Pay: up to $600 additional per month
• Schedule: On-site. Monday - Friday
