During your internship, you will become an essential part of our Front Office team and gain exposure to both operational and management-oriented responsibilities. While developing a strong foundation in Front Office operations, you will also work closely with the Front Office leadership team, gaining valuable insight into the operational and managerial aspects of running a luxury hotel.
You will perform all Front Desk Agent tasks, including completing daily checklists, handling check-ins and check-outs, working with the Opera Property Management System, and assisting guests with a wide variety of requests. At the same time, you will be involved in departmental projects, quality initiatives, and management meetings, allowing you to develop a broader understanding of hotel operations beyond the front desk and preparing you for a future leadership role within hospitality. By collaborating closely with our Guest Relations, Butler, Concierge, and Night teams, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Rooms Division and the guest journey within a luxury hospitality environment.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month based on 38 hours per week. In addition, you may be eligible for a travel allowance.
