Responsibilities:

• Help oversee daily front office flow and patient experience
• Support scheduling, patient communication, and administrative operations
• Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions
• Help maintain accountability and organization within the front office team
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey
• Partner with leadership to help improve office efficiency and operations
• Serve as a positive and professional presence for both patients and team members

Requirements
