Radiation Oncology Front Office Lead Responsibilities; but not limited to the following:

• Oversee front desk check-in and check-out processes. Ensuring efficient workflows.
• Train and onboard new front office staff
• Serve as the primary front-end resource for providers and staff
• Manage and monitor the clinic scheduling
• Provide coverage/manage PTO and unplanned absences
• Endure completion and accuracy of front-end workflows to include patient registration and quality measures
• Assist with scheduling inbound referrals and answering calls, appointment scheduling
• Assist with check-in and check-out duties, when necessary
• Take inventory of office supplies for ordering
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
• Assist with completing front office tasks
• Ensure upfront insurance collection at checkout
• Patient appointment reminders
• Ensures that all appointments for the day are completed and/or tasks are made for follow-up
• Send missed appointments correspondence
• Ensure end-of-day deposits are sent to the appropriate team members

Requirements:

• 3 years medical office lead experience
• Organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
