With 145 thoughtfully designed rooms, our vibrant Market & Meander – Modern Italian restaurant, and the lively Merrymaker Rooftop Bar with sweeping city views and creative cocktails, we’re more than a hotel—we’re a place of culture, flavour, and connection.

We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent (Hotel Services Team Member) to join our Front Office team. If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we’d love to hear from you. This is a part-time role, HIGA Level 3.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is varied, but you’ll typically:
• Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain and update guest reservation profiles
• Welcome back IHG members and encourage enrolment in IHG One Rewards
• Promote room upgrades and in-house food & beverage offerings
• When on Night Audit (e.g.11pm–7am), support overnight hotel operations alongside the Night Manager
• Ensure guest safety and security while completing accurate night audit functions
• Prepare daily reports and assist with reservations, room service, and guest needs for a smooth overnight experience

• Keen attention to detail and a focus on creating memorable guest moments
• Positive, motivated energy that lifts both team and guest experiences
• Valid SA Drivers Licence
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Legal right to work in Australia
