About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, providing product guidance, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent front-end customer service to all showroom visitors
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and positive showroom environment
• Support showroom sales activities and assist customers with product information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, guest relations, or front office roles
• Experience in the hospitality or retail sector will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
