Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and follow-up.
• Prepare and share reports and documentation related to client accounts as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing or administrative role (experience in a corporate or service-based environment will be an added advantage).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
