We are seeking an experienced Front Office Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical initiatives across investment and trading functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between front office stakeholders and technology platform teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into scalable solutions that enhance trading workflows, operational efficiency, and user experience.

The successful candidate will combine strong stakeholder management capabilities with a solid understanding of front office processes, trading platforms, and investment operations. They will be responsible for driving end-to-end engagement delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Engagement Delivery

  • Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of front office initiatives, including order management system (OMS) implementations, trading platform enhancements, workflow optimization, and front office transformation projects.
  • Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive business process improvements and identify opportunities to streamline front office workflows.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between front office stakeholders (Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Operations teams) and technology/platform teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business users and establish a deep understanding of investment and trading processes.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirements sessions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.

Requirements & Solution Definition

  • Engage directly with traders and front office users to understand day-to-day challenges, identify pain points, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
  • Partner with technology teams to evaluate solution options and ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.

Change Management & User Adoption

  • Champion user-centric design principles and drive improvements to trading screens, workflows, and front office user experiences.
  • Support user testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Gather user feedback and continuously refine solutions to maximize business value.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering front office technology or business transformation initiatives within investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or capital markets environments.
  • Strong understanding of front office functions, including portfolio management, trading, and investment operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and bridge communication between business and technology teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with front office platforms and market data solutions such as Bloomberg, OMS/EMS platforms, and related investment management systems.
  • Experience with trading workflow redesign, front office process optimization, and platform implementation programs.
  • Knowledge of investment lifecycle processes, trade execution, and post-trade operations.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
