We’re looking for a confident, organised and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our Upper Coomera team.

This is a key role within the practice, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the front office while working closely with our clinical and leadership teams.

The Role

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience and daily operations of the practice.

You'll help ensure the front office runs smoothly, appointment books are well managed and patients feel welcomed, supported and informed throughout their journey.

Working closely with the Multi-Site Practice Manager, clinicians and broader practice team, you'll help coordinate patient flow and communication while keeping the day organised and running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day coordination of the front office
• Creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every patient
• Managing patient enquiries, bookings and communication
• Coordinating busy appointment books and supporting efficient patient flow
• Working closely with the clinical team to help maintain smooth and on-time schedules
• Supporting treatment scheduling and patient follow-up
• Coordinating communication between the front office and clinical teams
• Assisting with daily workflow priorities and practice administration
• Supporting complex treatment journeys and patient coordination
• Helping to maintain a positive, collaborative and professional team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience working in a dental practice - this is essential
• Experience in dental reception, treatment coordination or senior dental assisting
• A strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures and patient workflows
• Experience managing busy appointment books
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working closely with both patients and clinical teams

Experience using CareStack software will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of dental implants and All-on-X workflows.
