Your next challenge:

• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Managing incoming calls: answering, screening, and transferring with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail (including scanning, internal distribution, postage, and DHL shipments).
• Managing meeting rooms (reservations, preparation, coordination).
• Ensuring general office upkeep: maintaining supplies, monitoring the stock of beverages, fruits, and stationery, and ensuring the overall readiness of shared spaces.
• Managing and monitoring access badges.
• Handling petty cash and supporting the cash withdrawal procedure for clients in coordination with relevant departments.
• Supporting the organization of internal events and meetings.
• Providing occasional administrative support to different departments, as needed.

Your skills:

• Relevant work experience as a receptionist or in a similar office management role.
• Education or background in the hospitality sector (e.g. hotel school, client service training, or similar) is a strong plus, reflecting strong client orientation and service standards.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• High work ethics, motivation, reliability, and discretion.
• A team-oriented mindset, coupled with flexibility, initiative, and enthusiasm.
• The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
