About the Role

As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering five-star customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception area. This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Assist patients with general enquiries and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Process payments and manage daily reception tasks.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and patient coordination teams.
• Ensure every patient receives an exceptional Dental Boutique experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is vibrant, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous customer service experience (required).
• A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
