Overview: Are you passionate about making a difference and creating beautiful smiles? Cool Smiles Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival and dismissal.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policies.
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update appointment book
- Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
- Register patients and ensure accurate chart filing
- Handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area
- Support strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and patient growth
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager or PDM
Required Skills and

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Bilingual proficiency required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
