As support for our location in Geneva, we are looking for a

Front Office Assistant 50% (w/m/d) – temporary (3–6 months)

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for clients and visitors and welcome them at reception
• You handle incoming calls in a professional manner and forward them to the right contact
• You process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• You look after our guests and prepare the meeting rooms
• You prepare and issue invoices and support our office team with a variety of general administrative tasks

Working days: Mondays and Tuesdays, plus one further half-day

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Committed and reliable personality with a structured way of working and strong organisational skills
• Affinity for numbers, precise working style and analytical mindset
• Solid IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in French and English
