Join our growing medical practice as a Front Office Specialist! We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient service.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 36-hour work week

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Process and obtain referrals and authorizations as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support daily office operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with insurance verification and referral processes
• Understanding of insurance carrier plans and policy types
• Ability to identify when specialist referrals are required and obtain necessary authorizations
• Excellent spelling, communication, and organizational skills
