Responsibilities include managing phone calls, welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry and filing

Qualifications

Requirements
