Key Responsibilities:
- Patient

Experience: Warmly greet and check in patients, manage incoming inquiries, and serve as the positive first point of contact for our practice.
- Scheduling Optimization: Coordinates, confirms, and schedules appointments to maintain an efficient and smooth daily patient flow.
- Financial Coordination: Verify patient insurance benefits, collect copays/outstanding balances, and accurately enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
- Records Management: Maintain precise patient records, including uploading doctor referrals and X-rays into the patient charts.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a dental practice is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
