THE POSITION

LAB22 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

Requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Front Office Agent you will:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.

  • Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.

  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

  • Handle complaints in a professional manner.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Working in a dynamic environment where every day is unique.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.

  • English and Spanish essential.
