Location: Switzerland - St. Moritz

We are looking for you to support our motivated front office team starting in the coming winter season 2026/2027!

Key Responsibilities

  • Check-in/out (private individuals and groups)
  • Reception and support for hotel guests
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Management of own cash register with collection of payments, currency exchange, etc.
  • Receipt and processing of guest inquiries
  • Various administrative reception tasks
  • Use of the Opera program

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Successfully completed specialist training and, ideally, initial professional experience
  • OPERA knowledge
  • Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
  • Structured and organised way of working
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
