Job Description

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression upon arrival
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
  • Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handling guest requests, inquiries, and concerns to ensure a smooth stay
  • Coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards
  • Creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile

What we need from you

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professional
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to handle guest information and payments accurately
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A flexible attitude toward shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
