As a Front Office Agent, you are not just handling arrivals and departures you are setting the tone for each guests stay. Your role is to ensure seamless check-ins, warm welcomes, and memorable first impressions.
Greet guests with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile
Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and guest requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local area
Assist with bookings, reservations, and concierge support
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest feedback with care, resolving concerns promptly
Maintain an organized, positive, and smooth-running front desk
Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or guest service roles
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, guest-first attitude
Fluency in English
Additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a strong advantage
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
Comfortable using booking/reservation systems
A team player who thrives in a busy, energetic environment
