THE POSITION
We’re searching for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord.
OUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
Maintaining accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
Caring out, reviewing, and updating the reception procedures, as per hotel policy.
Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Handling complaints in a professional manner.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Affinity with the hotel industry and experience in hospitality is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.
Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
