Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, solutions-focused administrator who enjoys being the welcoming face of the business. This role suits someone with strong foundational admin skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude who can confidently keep the office running smoothly.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams, so professionalism, positivity, and a “can-do” mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and friendly front-of-house customer service.
  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, meeting room coordination, and visitor sign-ins.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including remote support for regional offices as required.
  • Maintain office presentation, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and supplies.
  • Support meetings, events, and general office operations.
  • Assist with financial processing, office coordination, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
  • Actively support Health & Safety responsibilities, including acting as a First Aider and Fire Warden.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and assist in maintaining a safe office environment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries efficiently and solve problems proactively.
  • Support the Office Manager with broader administrative and operational tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in administration, reception, or office coordination.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive, approachable, and confident as the front face of the office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable using Canva for basic office communications or presentations.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presentation with a team-first attitude.
