The Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Science is seeking to hire a full-time Admin to join the Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS) Clinic. The Clinic offers annualized, evidence-based social skills programming for youth and adults who are struggling socially. Primary duties include:
Salary range: $26.42/hr - $37.49/hr
Prior experience working in a medical setting support service role Prior PEERS experience (highly preferred)Knowledge of basic psychiatric terminology (preferred)Ability to perform the functions patient encounters, registration, and appointment scheduling using a computerized systemKnowledge of patient related policies and proceduresKnowledge of Microsoft Work, Windows, Outlook, and other PC applicationsKnowledge of Medical Enterprise supported services, Care Connect (EPIC) systems (preferred)Skill in performing basic arithmetic operationsSufficient typing skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all staff members, management, and the public
