We’re Hiring | Front Office – Human Resources

We are looking for a Front Office professional to become a key point of contact for our employees, providing direct HR support and delivering an excellent service experience.

What will you do?

• Provide direct support to employees regarding HR-related question
• Manage and follow up on employee service tickets, ensuring SLA compliance
• Support employees with benefits, payments, vacations, account access, and general HR inquiries
• Provide professional support in challenging customer-service situations
• Identify opportunities to improve and innovate HR processes
• Work closely with HR processes and practices coming from the U.S., with the opportunity to adapt and improve them locally

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Advanced English
• Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer-service mindset
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable proposing improvements
• Ability to remain professional and composed when handling difficult situations or dissatisfied internal customers
