Wichita Falls Orthodontics is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, and prior dental office experience is required.
Position Overview:
The Front Office Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily schedule, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring smooth front office operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment scheduling
- Coordinate closely with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Check patients in and out and collect payments as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
