As aFrontofHouseTeamMember / Receptionistatour gym, you’ll bring greatcommunicationskills, both face-to-face and overthe phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Member oftheFrontofHouseTeam Receptionist, you will:
Provide exceptional and efficientcustomer serviceto everyone who visits our club
Supportthe smooth running of our receptionand café areas
Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
Give a warm welcome, answering queries ina caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
Supportthe caféteam, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy andnutritional food and drinks
Be ableto swimto a high standard and be willingto undergotraining atsite, dueto coveringLifeguard breaks
