Job Description

FOH Team Member $8.98 to $12 wage per hour, plus $9 to $13 average in tips per hour. Part-time and full-time positions available.
Possible leadership position based on experience.

Our Servers take care of our guests by taking food and beverage orders at the counter, processing payment using a POS system, checking the food order for quality before delivering to guests’ tables, ensuring guests are enjoying their meal, clearing and cleaning tables and assisting with keeping the entire restaurant clean. Our dynamic team creates exceptional experiences for our guests by balancing high volume with high quality. We have full time and part time positions available.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Take food and drink orders guiding guests through the menu
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
  • Coordinate and deliver food and drink orders to guests’ tables
  • Take pride in keeping the restaurant clean including clearing tables
  • Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Thrive on working with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and guests
  • Hardworking with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
