Your Impact
Leading Front of House operations with a
sharp focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
Coaching and developing
Shift Leaders
to confidently run high-performing shifts
Managing a team of 50+ by setting clear expectations and
holding people accountable
to high standards
Ensuring peak-period excellence by maintaining
strong throughput
in Drive-Thru, Mobile Thru, and Front Counter
Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand-offs and
seamless guest experiences
Maintaining a clean, safe environment that promotes food safety and team safety at all times
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience developing and leading teams
Experience leading teams of 40+ team members
Open availability (45-hour standard work week)
Coach-player leadership mentality
Passion for hospitality and people development
Strong alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values
Desire for long-term growth within a Chick-fil-A organization
