Receptionist – Knoll House, Studland

Knoll House, a busy hotel in beautiful Studland, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Guest Services / Front of House team.

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service? Our reception team is the first point of contact for our guests, so you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and memorable experience—from the initial welcome to wishing guests a safe journey home.

The Role

• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
• Handling bookings, enquiries, and payments
• Managing arrivals and departures
• Using the Opera booking system (training provided)
• Delivering outstanding customer service to both new and returning guests

Previous guest-facing or customer service experience is preferred, along with confidence using computers and learning new systems.

Hours & Shifts

• Full-time, permanent position
• Up to 40 hours per week over 5 days
• Early shifts: 7am – 3pm
• Late shifts: 3pm – 11pm
• Includes weekends and Bank Holidays
